Where to get the CSV

  1. In Etsy, go to Shop Manager, then Settings, then Options.
  2. Open Download Data and choose Download CSV for your listings.
  3. Drop that file into the box above, or choose it with the button.

What this checks

Every listing is checked against Etsy's own tag and title limits, plus the hygiene issues Listrank's tag checker looks for, run across your whole shop at once.1,2

Tags

  • Up to 13 tags, 20 characters each
  • Empty tag slots
  • Over-length or invalid tags
  • Duplicate tags

Titles

  • Up to 140 characters
  • Over the limit, or too many words
  • Keyword missing, or buried past character 40
  • A symbol like % or + repeated
  • A word repeated 3 or more times

Photos and materials

  • No materials listed
  • Fewer than 5 photos

None of these guarantee a sale. They are the same checks a seller would run by hand, just run on every listing at once.
