Fix my shop connects to your Etsy shop through Etsy's own sign-in, flags weak titles and duplicate or missing tags, and proposes a fix for each. You approve what goes back to Etsy and can undo a listing afterwards. Free applies fixes to one listing at a time; Pro applies a whole selection. Four steps, and you decide each change
Fix my shop changes a listing only after you review and confirm, through Etsy's official API.
- ConnectSign in on Etsy's own page. Your Etsy token stays in your browser.
- ScanEvery listing in the shop is read and tagged with its number of problems.
- ReviewThe old value is struck through with the new one beside it. Tick what you want.
- ApplyApply the ticked changes. A listing's changes can be undone afterwards.
One listing, before and after
Each fix comes with its reason, so you can tell a good change from a guess. From the sample shop:
- TitleThe keyword first appeared at character 45, after the first 40. The fix moves it to the front.
- TagsAdds tags that competing listings use and yours is missing.
- PriceFlags a price below what three in four similar listings charge, and proposes the higher one.
Nothing is written until you tick it and press Apply.
Track your own rank
Open your listing, press Track, and add up to three keywords. Listrank checks the first three pages of results and records your position, with the three listings sitting just above you.
Each time you press Check rank, the result is added to that keyword's history, so you can see how your position moves after a change. Each pair keeps up to 90 checks. Free tracks 5 pairs, Pro 100.
The popup keeps the list of tracked listings, with the latest change in places for each keyword.
Every result, labeled
Listrank reads the Etsy search page you already have open and adds each result's organic position or ad slot, shop rating, review count and price underneath it. Ads are marked as ads, so you can tell a paid placement from a listing that earned its spot. Your own listing is outlined.

Questions
- Does Listrank need my Etsy password?
- No. It reads the Etsy search pages and listings you have open in a tab. Rank checks request search pages the same way you would by typing in the search box, using the tab you already have open. Fix my shop uses Etsy's own sign-in page.
- What leaves my computer?
- Your license key, when it is validated. The shop audit reads your CSV in the browser and never uploads it. If you use Fix my shop, your requests to Etsy's API pass through the Listrank API, which adds Etsy's required app key and keeps no copy. Your Etsy token stays in your browser. Details in the privacy policy.
- How does Listrank use Etsy?
- Rank checks load Etsy search pages in your own browser, the same pages you would open by searching, and only when you press a check button. Listrank draws its labels on the pages you see and does not change anything on Etsy by itself. The Fix my shop feature changes a listing only after you review and confirm each change, through Etsy's official API. Listrank is an independent tool, not affiliated with Etsy.
- Is there a free Etsy rank tracker?

- How do I check where my listing ranks for a keyword?
- Open the listing on Etsy, add a keyword and press Check rank. Listrank scans the first three pages of search results and records your position. The rank checker guide explains how to do it by hand and why one check can mislead.
- Which Listrank version has Fix my shop?
- Fix my shop runs in Edge and Firefox, alongside the CSV audit and rank tracking.
- Does it work in Firefox?
- Yes. The Firefox add-on has Fix my shop, the shop audit, rank tracking and search labels.
- How long does Pro last?
- A 6 month pass gives six months of Pro, a year pass twelve months, and Pro forever has no end date. When a pass is over, Listrank returns to the free limits and your data stays. The key is good for up to 3 browsers. Checkout takes cards and PayPal.
