A suggestions endpoint that moved or refused the request now shows Etsy page changed for that source and keeps the page-one numbers. A phrase with no results reads as zeros, and a read where no source worked costs no lookup. Suggestions read the offered phrase before the typed prefix. Before and after claims no count of positions when a read fell outside the pages scanned. A founding price line with a code and a Copy button on the Upgrade view while a founding code is set, and the renew code beside Buy again when a pass has ended. The code is never added to a checkout link. A refused 6th tracked pair, 11th lookup of the day, selection write or full audit CSV opens the Upgrade view at that feature. A phrase asked twice at once is read once and costs one lookup. A lookup makes at most 2 suggestion requests. A snapshot keeps one baseline rank per tracked phrase, up to 100, instead of 3. Enter on a button in the workspace presses the button instead of opening the highlighted listing. Workspace, a full page opened from the popup, with the shop as a sortable table (issues, tracked phrases, best rank, 30-day line, last edit) and the open listing beside it: the title as text with live rule flags, the tags as numbered chips with their numbers, swaps, and the tracked phrases with why they moved. j and k or the arrows move between rows, h and l between panes, / finds a listing or phrase, Enter opens, Esc steps back. The workspace also opens as the Chrome and Edge side panel and the Firefox sidebar. Look up reads a phrase's numbers when you press it: its place in Etsy's search suggestions, and from page one the result count, Star Seller share, ads share, median price and listings with the phrase in the title. Each number names its source. A phrase is read again only after 7 days, at most one request every 2 seconds. When Etsy's pages no longer read as expected, the numbers say "Etsy page changed". Tag by tag: every tag and the title with its flags (repeats, near repeats, tags over 20 characters, tags Etsy rejects, tags the title does not use), the empty slots, the title words no tag carries, and swaps from your own phrases and then from Etsy's suggestions. Apply goes through Fix my shop: the old text is saved first and the listing is read back after. Numbers beside each tag on a listing page, on the Numbers button of the panel. Before and after gives a result per phrase: moved (up or down, with the positions), did not move, or too early. A change is judged on reads taken at least 3 days after it, at least 2 of them, against the position kept when the change was made. Plans have three axes: tracked listing and phrase pairs (5 free, 100 Pro), phrase lookups a day (10 free, 200 Pro) and bulk apply in Fix my shop (one listing at a time on Free and in the trial, a whole selection with a paid pass). Every other limit is gone, and the shop audit stays free and unlimited. The 6th tracked pair, the 11th lookup of the day, writing a selection to Etsy and the full audit CSV on Free show a short fact with a Plans button that opens the Upgrade view at that axis. The 7-day trial starts at the first phrase lookup or the first finished scan, so Firefox can start it. Until it starts, every limit reads as Free. Rank checks and tracking a pair do not start it. The popup is a glance: plan, whether Etsy still reads, the last scan, the three biggest rank changes, Open workspace and Audit my shop. Fix history keeps whole runs and drops the oldest run first, so a run you can undo is never cut in half. It holds two whole-shop runs. Check all tracked, the history CSV, the timeline and the full top-10 comparison are open on every plan. Copy for Claude, competitor shop sales, the A to F grade, the title-rule campaigns (their checks moved into the workspace), the trial and rating prompts are gone. One quiet link to rate Listrank stays. Usage counts and the in-app suggestion form are gone. Email us instead. Connect Etsy shop states what connecting reads and writes and how the sign-in passes through the Listrank server. Rank baseline in Fix my shop: pick listings, edit each one's keywords, see the Etsy request count, then read their positions with Stop and Resume. A human-check page stops the run, and the result lists what was not read. A rank baseline holds as many keyword checks as the plan tracks pairs: 5 on Free, 100 with Pro. Fix my shop saves each listing's title and tags from before an edit, with the date. Export and import them as a JSON file, and Compare against Etsy now with the rank read before and after where a baseline exists. A listing edited on Etsy since is shown. Titles that repeat a phrase are flagged, with a shorter title to edit before applying. Titles that are a long list of comma or bar parts are flagged, with a shorter title to edit before applying. Titles with price, shipping or sale wording are flagged, and so are titles with filler such as "beautiful" or "high quality". The title rules are checked on each listing in the workspace and in Fix my shop, with the title to edit before applying. They follow Etsy's title guidance of 21 Aug 2025. Put back from a saved edit, on any plan. Tick one listing or many, see the change, then write it back. What it replaces is saved as a new snapshot, so a put back can be put back. Every saved edit can be put back on any plan. Put back now overwrites a listing edited on Etsy since the saved edit, only when you tick that listing on the sheet. This replaces "shown, never overwritten" for saved edits; Put these back on a run still leaves such a listing alone. Before and after table in Fix my shop: one row per saved edit and keyword with the text changed, whether it was edited on Etsy since, the rank before and after, and the rows not read. Read the listings from Etsy on a click, up to 40 at a time with Stop. Read these pairs again sets up a new Rank baseline over the same pairs. A CSV of the table downloads on any plan. The popup shows "Rank read paused, N left" with Resume, which opens Fix my shop and reads the pairs still waiting. The toolbar icon carries a badge while a read is paused. In Fix my shop, h j k l and the arrows move between listings, campaigns and fixes, Space ticks the focused listing, and / filters the listings. No key writes to Etsy. Put back saves the text it replaces before it writes, and writes nothing when there is no room to save it. Delete saved edits under Edit snapshots: tick the ones to drop, press Delete twice. Apply in Fix my shop writes nothing and says so when the 1000 saved edits limit leaves no room for the text it would replace. Apply in Fix my shop checks the room for saved edits across the whole selection before the first write, and says how many listings were written if the limit is reached part way. A listing written without a saved copy of its old text is named. Delete saved edits shows a failed delete and keeps the ticks; the message goes away when the ticks change. Start baseline is off while it starts, and two quick starts begin one baseline. With two Fix my shop pages open, only one resumes a paused rank read, and a read replaced by a new baseline stops. Listings added to tracking keep an etsy.com listing address, and only the extension's own pages can apply, put back, restore or connect. The Upgrade view and the pricing page list the three paid axes. Titles with no price or filler word are no longer reworded, and words such as markdown, sale and perfect are left alone unless the wording is clearly a price or sale claim. The icon badge no longer reads every rank history while a read runs, and clears the paused count only when a read resumes. A keyword row says "Your other listing holds #N" when two of your listings show in the search pages a check already read. No extra requests. Connect Etsy shop names the server the sign-in really goes through. The put back sheet shows what Etsy holds for a listing edited since, and says "Etsy holds newer edits" or "no listing could be read" instead of claiming every listing already holds its saved text. Check all fixed listings unlocks in Fix my shop as soon as the first scan starts the trial, without reloading the page. Retry puts the listings a run left unwritten back in the apply sheet. A run stopped by the daily Etsy limit says how many listings are left. A listing edited on Etsy during an interrupted run is shown as left alone, with Dismiss. Fix my shop reads proof results once at the end of a run, which cuts Etsy calls per written listing. Semicolon, tab, Windows-1252 and UTF-16 listing files open correctly, and the file label names the format. A header-only file says "No listings in this file"; a file too large to keep says so. Two listings with one title keep separate keyword corrections, and the fix list shows each row. A keyword in the plural or in another word order is no longer reported as missing from the title.
